American Style (Mild) Roast
Alaska Klondike Blend
A blend of Central American Mild Coffees with Colombia Supremo and Guatemala Antigua coffees. We designed this blend of sweet mild coffees to enhance the flavor of the brewed cup using the water here in the Fairbanks area. This is our most popular blend.
Alaska Yukon Blend
A blend of Central American Mild Coffees with Costa Rican Tarrazu and Sumatra Mandeling coffees. We originally designed this blend for the Anchorage water condition, but several of our Interior customers enjoy the heavier taste over our Klondike Blend. It has become a very popular blend here. The Costa Rican and Sumatran coffees are smooth with lower acidity and yet maintain a full body in the cup.
A blend of Central American Mild Coffees with Yemen Mocha, Ethiopian Mocha, and Sidamo coffees. Mocha is the main port in the country of Yemen. Ethiopia is just across the Red Sea from Yemen. This is the region that coffee was first found growing wild. The coffees have a very slight hint of chocolate, thus Mocha is chocolate and coffee. This is not a flavored coffee, but a smooth full bodied taste.
A blend of Colombia Supremo and Excelso coffees, the worlds' richest and fullest bodied coffee. That is why we never gave it an Alaskan name. It's Colombian!
European Style (Dark) Roast
A blend of Central American Mild Coffees with Colombia Excelso and Brazilian Estate coffees. Roasted darker to produce a fuller-bodied cup, but not so dark as to completely overpower the natural flavor of the coffees. This blend is one of our favorites here at Superior Coffee!
Sourdough Blend (French Roast)
A blend of Central American Mild Coffees with Colombia Excelso and Brazilian Estate coffees. Roasted the French Dark Roast style of the Europeans, to produce a dark cup. This blend has the dark roasted taste some of us have come to expect from our cup of coffee.
100% Colombian Decaffeinated Coffees
A blend of Colombia Supremo and Excelso coffees. Decaffeinated by the Swiss Water method. This process allows the green bean to be over 97% caffeine free with the introduction of foreign chemicals. By decaffeinating the worlds' richest and fullest-bodied green coffee beans, using only water and then roasting them, our decaffeinated coffee takes on more of the natural coffee flavor without the added taste or effects of man introduced chemicals. Remember that caffeine does add a flavor to the drink and that taste will not be there in any decaffeinated coffee.
Fair Trade Certified Organic Coffee
A blend of Costa Rican and Guatemalan Coffee purchased through the Fair Trade Coffee Association. These beans are roasted darker in the French Roast Style to produce a full-bodied cup, but not so dark as to completely overpower the natural taste of the coffee. This blend is certified by the Fair Trade Coffee Association to be made from 100% Fair Trade purchased, Organically-Shade grown coffee beans.
Vanilla Nut Creme
A blend of Central American Mild Coffees with Colombia Excelso coffees soaked in Vanilla Nut Creme flavored oils prior to roasting. Roasted the American Light Roast Style so that the flavors stand out. This coffee has a comforting vanilla aroma and a nutty taste that is absolutely delicious.

Alaska Tanana Blend
A blend of 60% Central American Mild Arabican coffee beans and 40% Brazilian Robusta coffee beans. Dark roasted to give the well known taste of commercial coffee in a dark rich brew.
Alaska Chena Blend
A blend of 60% Central American Mild Arabican coffee beans and 40% Brazilian Robusta coffee beans. Golden roasted and Blended to give the well known taste of commercial coffee in a full bodied brew.
Commercial Robusta Coffees
We also carry Yuban, Maxwell House, Folgers Regular Roast & Folgers Decaffeinated coffees for those that enjoy the well loved tastes of those coffees.
