Alaska Klondike Blend

A blend of Central American Mild coffees with Colombia Supremo and Guatemala Antigua Coffees. We designed this blend of sweet mild coffees to enhance the flavor of the brewed cup using the water here in the Fairbanks area. This is our most popular blend.

Alaska Yukon Blend

A blend of Central American Mild coffees with Costa Rican Tarrazu and Sumatra Mandeling Coffees. We originally designed this blend for the Anchorage water conditions, but several Interior Alaska customers enjoyed the heavier taste over our Klondike Blend. It has become a very popular blend here. The Costra Rican & Sumatran Coffees are smooth with lower acidity and yet maintain a full body in the cup.

Denali Blend

A blend of Central American Mild coffees with Yemen Mocha and Ethiopian Moka, Sidamo Coffees. Mocha (Moka) is the main port in the country of Yemen and Ethiopia is just across the Red Sea from Yemen. This is the region that coffee was first found growing wild. The coffees have a very slight hint of chocolate, thus Moka is chocolate and coffee. This is not a flavored coffee, but a smooth full bodied cup of coffee. We are packaging this coffee in both the traditional 1 1/2 oz. size and the 2 oz. size for those who desire a stronger cup of coffee.

100% Colombian

A blend of Colombia Supremo and Excelso Coffees, the worlds richest & fullest bodied coffees. The most popular whole bean coffee in the world. This coffee is renowned in the industry as the king of coffee. That is why we never gave it an Alaskan name. It's Colombian, what more can we say?

Vienna Roast

A blend of Central American Mild coffees with Colombia Excelso and Brazilian Estate Coffees. Roasted darker to produce a fuller-bodied cup, but not so dark as to completely overpower the taste of the coffees natural flavors. This blend is one of our favorites here at Superior Coffee.

Sourdough Blend

A blend of Central American Mild coffees with Colombia Excelso and Brazilian Estate Coffees. Roasted the French Dark Roast style of the Europeans to produce a dark cup that has the dark roasted taste that some of us have come to expect in our cup of coffee.

Colombian Water-Processed Decaffeinated Coffee

A blend of Colombia Supremo and Excelso Coffees Decaffeinated by the Swiss water method. This process allows the green bean to be over 97% caffeine free, without the introduction of foreign chemicals. By decaffeinating the worlds richest and full-bodied green coffee beans, using only water, and then roasting them our Decaffeinated coffee takes on more of the natural coffee flavor without the added taste or effects of man introduced chemicals. Remember that caffeine does add a flavor to the drink, and that taste will not be there.
